Edmond VanLint CPE
Edmond's expertise spans 35+ years in the construction industry including new construction projects, renovations, catastrophic losses, and litigation estimation experience in private, public, municipal, military and federal projects. Edmond possesses a State of Florida Class A General Contractors license, Building Inspectors license, Public Adjusters license, is a Certified Professional Estimator by the American Society of Professional Estimators and is a member of the Professional Construction Estimators Association. Edmond has provided expert witness services, project mediation, and dispute resolution for construction claims prosecution and defense for over 20 years.

Tim Reichardt
Tim brings with him a 30 — year proven track record on a wide variety of large scale hospitality and theme park projects throughout the Nation. He has an excellent reputation with client's due to his ability to provide accurate and detailed cost estimates on all types of projects. Tim's extensive experience has allowed him to interact successfully with all team members. A Floridian for over 30 years, Tim is aware of the unique construction techniques, costs, and contractors.
